Have a Great Taste of Mexico with This Cheese Quesadilla

Quesadilla is usually prepared from tortilla of corn or wheat. The best part of this dish is that it can be prepared in a couple of minutes, but the most favorite form of this is a quesadilla stuffed with cheese, but a health-conscious person should focus on a food that is having a healthier twist. But this cheese quesadilla is best to consume as snacks or even as the main course. Put the tortillas in a plate and sprinkle the chopped cheese on half of the tortilla. Now, fold the tortillas in half part over the cheese stuffed tortilla. Take some butter in a pan and warm it through till it melts completely. Now keep the tortilla to the heated pan and cook until it becomes light brown. Do the same treatment on another side of the tortilla. Once you are done with frying, cut it into smaller pieces and serve with the sauce of your choice including guacamole and salsa. If you are a little hesitant about using butter and cheese in food preparation, you choose a healthier vegetable quesadilla
